Building permit received and construction starts soon. Pergola House consists of four apartments and is located on a hill above Zurich.

Start of Siewerdt Residential project in Zurich. With totally 38 units, eight apartments on each floor and access via a hotel-like circulation hall filled with voids and natural light. 

Realization of Basement Office is done.
